You will find
Disneyland in Marne-la-Vallee on the Eastern outskirts of
Paris. It's not very far from the city center - only about 35km. During the early years of its existence, the resort struggled to draw the number of visitors initially projected. Since those days visitor numbers have steadily increased and right now it's Europe's top tourist attraction, with more visitors yearly than either the Louvre or the
Eiffel Tower. There are multitudes of coach trips to DisneyLand Paris departing from London regularly, as well as from many destinations in Europe.
Why should anyone choose to go on a coach trip if he could go on his own? The first reason that comes to mind is cost savings. Add up the total cost of transport costs, hotel accommodation, transfers and entrance fees and you will quickly see why many people opt for a coach tour instead.
Most of the time transfers from the hotel to the theme park and back will be included in the price of the tour. This will not only save you a lot of money, but it's also very convenient to be picked up at your front door and dropped there again after a busy days fun in the sun.
The majority of tours also include the resort's entrance fees in the price. No standing in queues to buy entrance tickets therefore. Just go in and have fun visiting all the shows, rides and myriad of other attractions on offer.
There are enough restaurants in the resort to cater for all possible gastronomical tastes. Anything from light meals to world class cuisine is on offer and the ambiance in all these restaurants and cafes is hard to beat. You can get everything from a baguette filled with cheese and ham to a juicy steak.
No visit to DisneyLand should be considered complete without a visit to Disney Village - an action packed area filled with shops, bars, restaurants, cafes and other kinds of entertainment that will keep you occupied for many hours or even days. It stays open long after the main resort has closed.
Many coach trips also include a short tour of Paris. If you have never visited this enchanting city, such a tour is an excellent way to see the main highlights, such as the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre. Many of these tours include the option to go on a fabulous boat trip down the river Seine. This must be the most enjoyable way ever to see the major sights of Paris!
Whenever a relatively small number of people share a few days that are filled with laughter and happiness, new bonds are bound to be formed and old ones strengthened.
Coach trips to Disneyland are in the end therefore about more than seeing a theme park, it's also about finding the joy in life again.
