The city of Fortaleza is located in the state of Ceara in northeastern Brazil. Fortaleza has an area of 336 km2 and is bounded to the north by the Atlantic Ocean to the south by the municipalities of Pacatuba, Eusebius, and Maracanaú Itaitinga, east by the Municipality of Aquiraz and the Atlantic Ocean and finally to the west by the Municipality of Caucaia.
The waterside city of Fortaleza is surrounded by a sea of warm waters and beaches urbanized, such as the beach of Iracema accompanying the Avenida Beira-Mar, one of the busiest in the city is situated opposite the hotel and welcome the typical "Feirinha" where visitors can buy everything from the famous bottles of colored sand from White Hill to the magnificent statues wooden incredibly low prices or sweets such as "brown sugar" or "thighs of a woman" (candy made primarily based on condensed milk).
In those same beaches can observe the small, rustic boats nicknamed "rafts" that are used by fishermen from Ceará. On some beaches, for example, Canoa Quebrada, tourists can even get to walk the raft can therefore enjoy these paradises of various viewpoints.
Iracema beach houses most of the bars, restaurants and hotels in the city. It is there also that lies to the Ingleses Bridge, the Old Harbour which is now used to watch the sunset, sun and dolphins.
For those who do not want to stray too far from the city, Praia do Futuro is the favorite of the bathers, concentrating in itself a large number of typical restaurants, whose construction is used in the aforementioned carnauba straw and are nicknamed "beach huts ". Each Thursday evening at this beach are very animated. In fact, in Chico Crab there concerts live music, forró and very obviously very fresh seafood, especially crab! The existence of strong winds in Praia do Futuro makes it conducive to water sports such as surfing and windsurfing. Fortaleza hosts world competitions even.

The extensive beach of Cumbuco near Fortaleza well, has a dense coconut trees, dunes very expressive of a great white that rise up to 41 meters, where you can stroll Buggy "with much emotion" or visit the Banana Lagoon widely used for water sports, including jet-ski. Here you can find some typical restaurants where seafood predominate, you can also ride horses, buy souvenirs or just enjoy a relaxing massage to the seaside. In fact their exotic caves, cliffs and sculptural sources of fresh water flowing into the beaches are a paradise setting quite impressive and attractive.
The 130 km of Fortaleza Beach Pond is a beach of unique beauty due to its shape in a half-moon, to which there are many palm trees and their thick vegetation. Here you can visit the area surrounding the beach riding in a so-called "Pau-de-parrot": a kind of van where people sit on wooden seats, which formerly constituted the transport of Ceará where they wanted to make longer trips. This visit is guided and takes us to the real Pond, a pond a beauty thunderous where we noticed a striking fact: the water is peculiarly hot even for those who already know the usual temperature of water in Brazil. The return to the beach is made first by boat (to cross the pond) and then Buggy lead us through the dunes to the site of departure.
Canoa Quebrada, an exotic beach paradise of scenarios located 156 km from Fortaleza, offers immense attraction to visitors: rides raft off the beach, rent a quad bike, horse riding or buggy, massages by the sea ... Canoa Quebrada is a village that was settled, many decades ago, for a community, "Rastafarian" where can today if you want, get a tattoo of "henna" or "Teresa" (small braids) in the hair. Can still practice "skibunda" or "aerobunda": a kind of "rappel" in which the practitioner falls once again into a small pond of water hot enough.
Finally, and beyond the endless number of beaches which can address the area of Fortaleza, Jericoacoara visit a tropical beach considered one of the ten most beautiful in the world by U.S. newspaper The New York Times. "Jeri," as he is affectionately called by its inhabitants, is a beach with difficult access, which guarantees the isolation and protection of natural beauties. Jericoacoara was a colony of fishermen. However, nowadays it is well served by hotels and inns to welcoming visitors. In fact, tourism is the lifeblood of this town whose slogan preserving their landscapes: ridges moving dunes, coconut groves, mangroves, ponds ...
A 22 km from Fortaleza, you can visit also the water park Beach Park which has 500 outdoor tables where you can stroll or ultra-lightweight buggy, horse or quad bike and of course you can have fun in the huge existing water slides and which is part of the largest water slide in Latin America, the Insane, with a height equivalent to 14 floors. Children were not forgotten and there are specific entertainment for them: animal-shaped slides, a pirate ship, a sea serpent ...
Programming nightlife of Fortaleza is one of the best of Ceara. Indeed the Avenida Beira-Mar and the beach of Iracema concentrate a large number of bars, restaurants and houses of entertainment guaranteed to drive every day, everything is animated to receive those who want to have fun. The capital of Ceará won the fame of having the Monday liveliest of Brazil, mainly due to the Pirate Bar where there is always entertainment in charge of music bands in Brazil. Throughout the street and adjacent streets Tabajaras there is the so-called "Corridor of the Bars" where, for example, Mucuripe Club which features a complex of nightclubs and Commodore Submarine music for all tastes and generations.

Vacation at Riga, Latvia- Nordic Hotel Bellevue

Latvia is one of Northern Europe's most exciting places hidden away from the world's view for over half a century by the Soviet occupation. Prior to the occupation, Latvia was one of the most dynamic parts of Europe with exciting possibilities. After the collapse of the Soviet system, Latvia is struggling to regain its strength and place in the world.
There is a lot to do and see in Latvia from the untouched nature to the historic buildings dating back to the days of the great trading in the Hanseatic League. You can also see elements of the Soviet leftovers - this makes you step back and wonder what could have been without those awful years!
Come and experience for yourself this very special country and the possibilities of its exciting future. Granted, after the economic collapse of 2009 it is not as bright as it should be. But, we still hold out hope that the leadership will finally come to their senses and take serious action to simplify the government and start treating the Latvian people with the respect that they deserve.
Outside of Riga, be prepared to step back into history as the infrastructure in most parts is not yet developed as that in Riga. Be patient and understanding and you will have a remarkable experience.
This port in the Baltic region has charming 17th-century streets and a medieval old town. City tours visit the historic sites of the old town, including 13th-century St. George's Church and Livonia Knights' Castle, now an art and history museum. Wandering the crooked streets on your own is one of the pleasures of this city.
Nordic Hotel Bellevue is located in the centre of the city of Riga, Latvia. It lies 200 metres from the Opera House and 300 metres from the Old Town.

Hotel Features: This seven-storey hotel is housed in a period building built in Art Nouveau style. Spa facilities include a steam room, spa tub, and massage and beauty treatments. Multilingual staff at the 24-hour front desk can offer concierge services, tour assistance, and the use of a safe-deposit box. Flight passengers may soon be able to check in from their smart phones

If there is one travel gadget that has become a must-have for the frequent flier it is the smartphone, an indispensable piece of technology that can keep travelers connected like a laptop but is as mobile as a cell phone. A new proposal from travel startup WorldMate could make smartphones even more useful for the avid excursionist by embedding travel services into the phone itself.
The Palo Alto-based company claims to be in contact with major manufacturers like Samsung, Nokia and Motorola as well as mobile operating-system providers like Apple, Google and Microsoft to create cell phones geared towards travelers.
Not merely content to create applications for the phone, WorldMate is hoping to redesign existing hardware to create a more intuitive device capable of everything from remote check-in at the airport to last minute ticket purchases.
The company's chief financial officer Nadav Gur claims that his company has the broadest international customer base of any online travel agency, meaning a partnership with a cell phone provider could result in the earliest and most thorough entrance into the travel embedded cell phone market.
Your vacation. A time to lose yourself. And sometimes your luggage, too.
